EPOS System Training
At Hospitality Tills we bring training to you - from back office PC training and half day refresher training sessions for single shop establishments, right up to complete estate roll out programmes and new EPOS system installations with a "Train the Trainer" day where we would invite a member of staff from each of your stores to a central training course.

Hospitality Tills aim to bring EPOS training and EPOS trainers which until now have only been obtainable to large corporate pub companies, and make them accessible to the smaller chains and single establishment venues. Day Training:This is where we come to you to teach the usage of the back office computer systems and carry out an overview of the EPOS till and its software functionality with your team. A complete overview session for Managers is usually trained in two days, starting with a "what is EPOS" session, leading in to the advanced back office features and reports.
Evening Training:This is more geared to front of house staff training. One of our EPOS trainers will attend your premises in an evening and work with your team to demonstrate good practice, along with shortcuts that will help your staff to use your till system swiftly and accurately. The other benefit of this hands-on training is that it allows staff to ask questions when they arise and gain instant assistance.
This would nearly always begin with a prelude involving a short team "pep talk", followed with our trainer working behind the bar alongside your staff and EPOS systems, assisting your team as they learn.
We would then follow this session with a debrief to ensure that everybody is more confident in the use of the system. If it would be more convenient for you, this training can also be run in the daytime or at weekends - ideal as a section of team meetings.
Train the Trainer:With this kind of training we would be looking at running in detail through the features of your EPOS system in order to allow your trainer to pass on this knowledge to others. This is an excellent way to minimise your long term costs when it comes to training new staff and retraining your existing staff as it means you have someone on site who is able to re-train our teachings for you.
