EPOS System Support

Hospitality Tills gives you support straight from the team who created your software; available for each of your epos terminals by phone or email. Direct and immediate fixes can be provided via remote access for most issues, while web conferencing facilities enable staff to be trained without the delay and cost of scheduling an on-site visit. Any support issues not immediately resolved on first contact are recorded and tracked in our dedicated call management system to ensure consistent and effective resolution.

Support Health Check:

When you join Hospitality Tills? Software Support, we will carry out a health check on your systems. All software concerned will be reviewed, and up to an hour will be spent diagnosing and resolving any current issues. A copy will be taken of your software configuration to enable us to reproduce and resolve any future support issues as quickly and effectively as possible.

Support Requirements:

  • All tills require broadband internet access - Hospitality Tills will guide you through the simple installation of secure software to enable us to remotely access your terminals
  • All existing issues and concerns regarding the software must be declared before the health check
